This website uses pop-ups - the same function that allows annoying advertisements to spawn all over your desktop. Mozilla's FireFox, Google's Toolbar and Windows XP will allow you to block pop-ups in general while allowing them for specific sites such as this one. Apparently, Microsoft's Internet Explorer (IE) will allow pop-ups in general but only let you block specific sites. This IE shortcoming has inspired many 3rd party pop-up blockers to be developed.
