The Southwestern Colorado Data Center (f.k.a.) was an early adapter of the Internet. Unfortunately, enthusiasm for the technology outpaced an ability to maintain continuity to the information. Links have been lost and things forgotten about. Archives is a repository for this information when it is recovered - as opposed to just loosing it.
